1. No Refund on Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in planning, strategy, and execution, we do not offer refunds on services already delivered or initiated, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design or Development

  • Facebook / Google Ad Campaigns

  • Product Research & Listing

  • Franchise Onboarding & Training

  • WhatsApp API or Automation Setup

  • Domain/Hosting Purchases

Once the work has begun or services have been partially or fully delivered, no refund will be issued.


2. Advance Payment Policy

All services require advance payment, which confirms your order and initiates project setup. This payment is non-refundable once the work has started.


3. Exceptions – Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within 10 business days without valid communication or reason.

  • If payment is made by mistake or in duplicate, and verified by our billing team.

4. Franchise Fee

The franchise fee (₹50,000) is a one-time, non-refundable onboarding cost. This includes training, leads, and backend team support. By joining as a franchisee, you agree to these terms.


5. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We are not liable for delays, performance issues, or refund requests related to third-party platforms such as:

  • Facebook / Meta Ads

  • Google Ads

  • Razorpay, PayPal, or other payment gateways

  • WhatsApp API Providers (like AiSensy)

You must follow their individual refund policies for disputes.
