3. Payments

3.1 All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule.
3.2 Invoices must be cleared within the specified time frame to avoid delays in project execution.
3.3 Payments for services are non-refundable, as stated in our No Refund Policy.

4. Ad Spend

4.1 Ad budgets are managed directly on behalf of clients on platforms like Facebook and Google.
4.2 Clients are responsible for funding the agreed ad budgets in addition to service fees.
4.3 Rai Technology  is not liable for platform-specific policies or issues related to ad account suspension or restrictions.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide accurate information, access, and approvals required to execute campaigns effectively.
5.2 Timely communication is essential to avoid project delays.
5.3 Rai Technology  is not responsible for results impacted by incomplete or inaccurate client inputs.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
6.2 Rai Technology will not disclose client data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Rai Technology will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2 Results from digital marketing efforts depend on various factors, including market conditions and platform algorithms. While we strive for the best outcomes, no specific guarantees are made.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 7 days.
8.2 Upon termination, any work completed will be delivered, and pending payments must be cleared.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
